Welcome to Vetro Optical. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vetrooptical.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

In these Terms, "Vetro," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vetro Optical, operating as Vetro Optical. "You" refers to the user or customer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We work to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen reflects exact colors or finishes. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or discontinue any item at any time.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or violate these Terms. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — your order is accepted when we ship it.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping, to that method.

5. Shipping

We'll provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout or by email. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Vetro name and logo, product designs, photography, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our or others' intellectual property; submit false information; transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the Site; scrape or harvest data; or resell our products without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our eyewear is intended as a fashion and accessory product. Unless explicitly stated for a specific item, our products are not prescription eyewear or certified protective equipment, and any sun-protection or UV ratings apply only as described on that product's page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetro and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vetro and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site, with the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
